1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of Sprinkle Weather!, an app by Nikle LLC available on iPhone and Apple TV. By using Sprinkle Weather!, you agree to these Terms.
2. What Sprinkle Weather! does
Sprinkle Weather! provides weather forecasts, current conditions, alerts, hourly and daily forecasts, sunrise and sunset timing, WeatherKit details, locally generated Sprinkle Forecast briefings, and optional Sprinkle Pro features. Sprinkle Weather! is an informational planning tool and does not replace official emergency services, government weather alerts, or professional safety advice.
3. Permitted use
- Use Sprinkle Weather! for personal, non-commercial weather planning and reference.
- Comply with applicable laws, App Store rules, and these Terms.
- Do not reverse engineer, bypass, tamper with, or misuse subscription, payment, entitlement, WeatherKit, radar, or public-data systems.
- Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or republish app content except as permitted by app features and applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Sprinkle Weather! may offer an auto-renewable Pro subscription that provides access to premium features, such as animated backgrounds and icons, the full Sprinkle Forecast briefing, enhanced forecast details, and supported rain and radar features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Pricing, duration, renewal details, and any introductory or returning-subscriber offer for which Apple determines you are eligible are shown before purchase.
Sprinkle Pro access may be available across supported Sprinkle Weather! Apple platform versions when using the same Apple ID, subject to App Store availability, StoreKit entitlement verification, and platform support.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple device subscription settings, usually under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or through Apple's subscription management tools.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. For billing questions or refund requests, use Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Apple terms
Unless a custom license is provided in App Store Connect, your use of Sprinkle Weather! is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Apple Weather, WeatherKit, App Store purchases, subscriptions, and Apple ID services are provided by Apple and may be subject to Apple's terms and service availability. NOAA, National Weather Service, and AirNow data are subject to their own availability and terms.
7. Weather and safety disclaimers
Sprinkle Weather! is provided "as is" and "as available." Weather forecasts can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. Weather conditions can change quickly. Always follow official alerts, local authorities, emergency services, and trusted public safety guidance during severe or dangerous weather.
Sprinkle Forecast captions, the Full Brief, rain guidance, and other weather summaries are informational, are generated or selected from forecast context, and should not be treated as professional meteorological, medical, travel, legal, emergency, or safety advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nikle LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Sprinkle Weather!.

Sprinkle Weather! support information, troubleshooting steps, subscription guidance, privacy information, and app feedback guidance are available on the Sprinkle Weather! Support page.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sprinkle Weather! after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
