1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of PicMoves!, an iOS app by Nikle LLC. By using PicMoves!, you agree to these Terms.
2. What PicMoves! does
PicMoves! lets you choose still photos, apply templates and editing controls, preview animated motion, and export short photo-to-video clips. Exported videos may be saved to your Photos library or shared using iOS sharing features.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and videos you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use, export, or share any photo, video, name, likeness, text, or other content you include.
4. Permitted use
- Comply with applicable laws, App Store rules, and these Terms.
- Do not use PicMoves! to create, export, or share illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, abusive, or otherwise harmful content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, tamper with, or misuse subscription, payment, or entitlement systems.
5. Subscriptions and billing
PicMoves! may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features, including PRO export features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Pricing, duration, and renewal details are shown in the app before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. For billing questions or refund requests, use Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Apple terms
Unless a custom license is provided in App Store Connect, your use of PicMoves! is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
8. Disclaimers
PicMoves! is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that exported videos will meet every requirement, that every photo will produce a perfect preview or subject effect, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nikle LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of PicMoves!.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PicMoves! after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
