Overview
PicMoves! turns still photos into short animated videos. This Privacy Policy explains what the app processes on your device, what we do not collect, and the choices available to you.
What PicMoves! processes on your device
- Photos you select — used to preview and render animated photo videos.
- Editing choices — template, motion, speed, canvas, tint, text, and cutout settings used to create your video.
- Temporary render files — video export files created so the app can save or share your clip.
- Subscription entitlements — StoreKit status used to unlock PRO features.
Photos library access
PicMoves! asks for permission to choose photos and, when exporting, to add the finished video to your Photos library. Your selected images and exported videos stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
What we do not collect
- No account creation and no profile database.
- No uploads of your photos, videos, edits, or project content to Nikle LLC servers.
- No third-party analytics SDKs.
- No cross-app or cross-site tracking.
- No sale of personal information.
Subscriptions and payments
Payments are processed by Apple. We receive non-personal subscription entitlement information from the App Store so PicMoves! can unlock PRO features on your device. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Sharing
If you use iOS sharing features, your selected video is handled by Apple and the destination app or service you choose. Review the privacy practices of any third-party destination before sharing.
Children
PicMoves! is not directed to children. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian should supervise photo selection, video creation, and sharing.
Your choices
- You can change Photos access in iOS Settings.
- You can delete temporary app data by deleting the app from your device.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify users in the app.
