How to get help
We handle product feedback and support through App Store ratings and written reviews. This lets us reply publicly so other users can benefit from common fixes and answers.
- Open the App Store, find PicMoves!, then tap Ratings & Reviews and Write a Review.
- Mention your device model, iOS version, and the action you were trying to complete.
Common troubleshooting
- Export cannot save: Open iOS Settings, choose PicMoves!, and set Photos access to allow adding photos or full access.
- Preview looks different from export: Reopen the preview, check the selected template, text, tint, cutout, and canvas settings, then export again.
- Purchase or subscription status looks wrong: Open PicMoves! Settings and use Manage Subscription or Restore Purchases.
Subscriptions and refunds
Manage or cancel a subscription:
- Open iOS Settings.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select PicMoves! PRO.
Request a refund from Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, choose the purchase, and follow Apple’s refund steps.
What we do not provide
We do not provide support by phone, postal mail, SMS, or social media. App Store reviews are the official support and feedback channel for PicMoves!.
