1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of KindReply!, an iOS app and iMessage extension by Nikle LLC. By using KindReply!, you agree to these Terms.
2. What KindReply! does
KindReply! helps generate positive reply suggestions from message context you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated reply before copying, drafting, or sending it.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the messages you paste, the replies you choose, and anything you send. Do not paste or send content you do not have permission to use.
4. AI output and review
AI-generated replies may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific situation. KindReply! is designed to help with wording, not to replace your judgment. Always review generated text before sending.
5. No professional or crisis support
KindReply! does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental health, relationship, emergency, or crisis support. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services, a qualified professional, or an appropriate crisis resource.
6. Permitted use
- Comply with applicable laws, App Store rules, and these Terms.
- Do not use KindReply! to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or harm others.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, tamper with, or misuse subscription, payment, entitlement, or usage-limit systems.
7. Support
Support for KindReply! is provided through App Store reviews only. We do not offer email support for KindReply! and do not promise individual response times.
8. Subscriptions and billing
KindReply! may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for Pro features, including unlimited reply drafting. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Pricing, duration, and renewal details are shown in the app before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. For billing questions or refund requests, use Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com.
10. Apple terms
Unless a custom license is provided in App Store Connect, your use of KindReply! is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
11. Disclaimers
KindReply! is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that every reply will meet your needs, that Apple Intelligence will be available on every device or language, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nikle LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of KindReply!.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KindReply! after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
