Overview
KindReply! helps generate kind, thoughtful replies from message context you provide. This Privacy Policy explains what the app processes on your device, what is not uploaded when using Apple Intelligence, and the choices available to you.
Message context and generated replies
- Pasted message context is used to generate reply suggestions.
- Generated replies are shown so you can review, edit, copy, draft, or send them yourself.
- When Apple Intelligence is used, pasted messages and generated replies are created on device and are not uploaded by KindReply!.
On-device Apple Intelligence
KindReply! uses Apple Intelligence where available for on-device generation. When this on-device workflow is used, KindReply! does not upload pasted messages or generated replies to Nikle LLC servers.
Future cloud features
If KindReply! adds any cloud-based generation or sync feature in the future, that feature will be described separately before release, including what data is sent, why it is sent, and what choices users have.
What KindReply! processes on your device
- Text you paste or type as message context.
- Generated reply options and the reply you choose to copy or draft.
- Preference and usage information needed for app behavior, free reply limits, and subscription status.
- StoreKit entitlement information used to unlock Pro features.
What we do not collect
- No account creation and no profile database.
- No sale of personal information.
- No third-party analytics SDKs.
- No cross-app or cross-site tracking by KindReply!.
- No uploads of pasted messages or generated replies when using Apple Intelligence on device.
Subscriptions and payments
Payments are processed by Apple. KindReply! uses non-personal subscription entitlement information from the App Store so the app can unlock Pro features on your device. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Your choices
- You choose what text to paste or type into KindReply!.
- You can edit or delete message context before generating replies.
- You can clear app data by deleting the app from your device.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify users in the app.
