How do I use KindReply! in iMessage?
Copy a received message, open KindReply! from the iMessage app drawer, paste or add the copied text as context, then generate and choose a reply.

Can I use KindReply! outside Messages?
Yes. Copy text from Mail, social media, chat apps, or a website, then open the main KindReply! app and paste it into the reply generator.

Are pasted messages uploaded?
When Apple Intelligence is used, pasted messages and generated replies are processed on device and are not uploaded by KindReply!.

Does KindReply! send messages automatically?
No. KindReply! drafts or copies suggested text so you can review and edit it before sending.

Why is Apple Intelligence unavailable?
Apple Intelligence availability depends on device, OS version, language, region, and Apple settings. Check iOS Settings if the app reports it is unavailable.

Subscriptions and refunds

Manage or cancel a subscription:

  1. Open iOS Settings.
  2. Tap your Apple ID.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select KindReply! Pro.

Request a refund from Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, choose the purchase, and follow Apple's refund steps.
