1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of Spanish Convo!, an app by Nikle LLC available on supported Apple platforms, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Apple Vision Pro, and iMessage where available. By using Spanish Convo!, you agree to these Terms.
2. What Spanish Convo! does
Spanish Convo! provides English-to-Spanish phrase lists and pronunciation audio for travel and everyday conversation. The app is a learning and reference tool and does not replace professional translation or interpretation services.
3. Permitted use
- Use Spanish Convo! for personal, non-commercial learning and reference.
- Comply with applicable laws, App Store rules, and these Terms.
- Do not reverse engineer, bypass, tamper with, or misuse subscription, payment, or entitlement systems.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Spanish Convo! may offer an auto-renewable Deluxe subscription that provides access to premium features and content within Spanish Convo! apps. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Pricing, duration, renewal details, and any available trial information are shown in the app before purchase.
Spanish Convo! Deluxe access may be available across supported Spanish Convo! Apple platform versions when using the same Apple ID, subject to App Store availability, StoreKit entitlement verification, and platform support.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple device subscription settings, usually under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or through Apple’s subscription management tools.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. For billing questions or refund requests, use Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Apple terms
Unless a custom license is provided in App Store Connect, your use of Spanish Convo! is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
7. Disclaimers
Spanish Convo! is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that every phrase, pronunciation, translation, lesson, platform feature, or subscription feature will meet every need, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Spanish Convo! is intended for learning and reference. It should not be relied on as a substitute for professional translation, interpretation, legal, medical, emergency, or safety advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nikle LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Spanish Convo!.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Spanish Convo! after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
