How to get help
This support page provides common troubleshooting steps for Spanish Convo!, including audio playback, Deluxe subscription access, restore purchases, and Apple platform support.

Common troubleshooting
- Audio does not play: Make sure the device is not muted, check the volume level, and try the phrase again.
- Slow pronunciation does not play: Try normal pronunciation first, then switch back to slow pronunciation if available for that phrase.
- Purchase or subscription status looks wrong: Use Restore Purchases in the app where available, or manage the subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Deluxe content looks locked on another Apple device: Make sure you are using the same Apple ID that purchased Spanish Convo! Deluxe, then use Restore Purchases where available.
- Apple Watch access looks locked: Open Spanish Convo! on Apple Watch and check Deluxe access from the watch app if available.
- Apple TV navigation: Use the Siri Remote or keyboard arrow keys to move focus, then select the focused item.
- Apple Vision Pro access: Make sure the native Spanish Convo! app is installed and that you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for Deluxe.
Subscriptions and refunds
Manage or cancel a subscription:
- Open iOS Settings.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Spanish Convo! Deluxe.
Request a refund from Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, choose the purchase, and follow Apple's refund steps.
